Last Action isnt "Away"

or Last Action isnt "Contact Later"

or Last Action isnt "Maternity Leave"

or Last Action isnt "Travelling"

So that the email will not send to anyone marked as "away", "contact later", "maternity leave" or "travelling".

It automatically gave me the criteria pattern   ( ( ( 1 or 2 ) or 3 ) or 4 )

Is this right? Because some of these people still were sent the email.
