Segmenting Unsubscribes

Is there a way that a contact can unsubscribe from one mailing list but remain on another mailing list in Campaigns? My company has multiple newsletters and a user may wish to receive one newsletter but not another. But it seems to me that it is all or nothing within Campaigns.
