Select Contacts by their Campaign behaviour

Select Contacts by their Campaign behaviour

I want to target a campaign to only those Contacts who have shown previous interest by opening an email, and also to target those who have clicked through from one of our emails. However, I cannot find the fields on the Contacts database selection criteria where a Contacts behaviour is recorded. How can I achieve this?
