How do I go about sending the campaign again to certain individuals who I have just added to ZOHO CRM or by other means but that it still gets tracked in CRM?
For example:
1. Want to correct an email address and send the past few email campaigns to an individual.
2. New contacts, want to send the past 3 campaigns too.
