Send same campaign to updated subscriber list

Send same campaign to updated subscriber list

I would like to know if it is possible to send the same campaign email to the same contact list. but when the contact list has been updated with new subscribers I would like to send the same campaign email to the new contacts, so the campaign is not sent to subscribers who have already been sent this campaign? 

Is this possible?  Or do I need to create a new list for new subscribers?
