Sender address verification email taking long time to be received
Hello,
We are trying to change some Sender Addresses on our Zoho Campaigns, but the verification emails are taking a long time to arrive in the inboxes of the addresses we want to add.
The addresses are in our domain (emotionalbrands.com.pt , same as the one we created this account with), and Zoho's mails aren't being filtered, as we just received a verification mail on one of those accounts, but it was taking so long that in the meantime we tried to remove and re-add that address (thinking the initial verification mail hadn't been sent and hoping to trigger the sending of a new verification email), so the verification link / code in the email we received was no longer valid when we finally received it.
We also tried adding one of our personal Gmail accounts and we received the verification email almost immediately on that one, which just left us more confused as to why it's taking so long to receive them in our company addresses.
