Sending A Campaign to Multiple Lists

Sending A Campaign to Multiple Lists

I have a campaign that I want to send the same message (HTML) to Multiple lists within My Contacts.
When I do so, Will I receive reporting that is delineated by each list?
Or do I need to send a separate "campaign" to each list so I can track it separately?

What I want to see, for each list/segment is:
# Sent
# Opened,
# Clicked
etc.
