A signed SO (Sales/Service Order) is classified as a Contract in the business world. However, an SO created in CRM does make it's way through to Contracts where it can be managed. SOs typically have a Term period, which can only be managed if zoho sees that SO as a contract. Or am I not understanding it correctly?
