Setting Up Optin Campaign

Setting Up Optin Campaign

Hello everyone,

We are about to launch a data treatment policy campaign to ask people for permission (https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/topic/terms-and-conditions-acceptance-mail-campaign) but I´m still have to set some things up that I couldn´t figured it out.

  1. Is it possible to have an Opt-In digital fingerprint that can be exported and saw on Zoho Campaigns and CRM.

As proof, our government will ask us if we have something that supports that our clients have accepted.

Note: Once the client have consented does Zoho Campaigns push this acceptance data to Zoho CRM?
  2. Is it possible if we have to start over or migrating from one account to another to sync the customers that have consented to receive further campaigns trough an Excel file for example, which will be the right way to do this?
  3. Is it possible to assign multiple list to one CRM contacts Synchronization in Zoho Campaigns? Each contact sync can only be synced with one list?
  4. Is it possible to assign a customer who already accepted to be mailed by other means the Opt-In true state while being imported to Zoho CRM?
  5. As a regular basis, there will be more contacts that need to be asked for permission for further contact, the thing is, if there is a list already created and synced with the Zoho CRM contacts, every time a campaign is sent to ask for consent to all contacts in that list (Those who accepted and the ones that doesn`t) the ones that already accepted will be emailed again. ¿How can I separate contacts that already have accepted from those that are going to be asked to accept, and both are contacts already synced on Zoho CRM as contacts, which will be the best way to manage this?

Yesterday we sent a test campaign to push leads as contacts through ($[LI:EMAILCONSENT]$), I followed this topic https://www.zoho.com/campaigns/help/contacts/sync-with-zoho-crm.html#push_Contacts, and enable the option for those who have clicked to be sent to Zoho CRM as contact, but it didn`t work.
