I have created a sign up form to register for a competition I am running. They sign up to a new mailing list called Competition.
The sign up form link is on our website so anyone can join the list - both new contacts and existing ones visiting the site.
The problem is that existing contacts cannot sign up to to this new Competition mailing list. There is an admin error and they are told that this contact already exists.
I want anyone who is in Newsletter mailing list to be able to sign up to the competition via this form.
I cannot automatically add all contacts to the competition as it will not be applicable to all contacts.
I really need to get this working quite urgently.
