I'm trying to create a new sign-up form (as opposed to the theme - I've done that successfully). I've researched Zoho help as well as these forums, and I've found consistent instructions:

HOWEVER, I do not have the Sign Up form option in the More Options drop-down, or anywhere else.  See the screen shot attached.  Please advise!
