Hello, I'm new to Zoho Campaigns, moving my newsletter data to it. Just set up a signup form for new subscribers.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
* Redirects user to custom page (this is ok)
* Adds Name + Email data to associated list "AZM Subscribers - General"

CURRENT BEHAVIOR FROM TESTING
* Redirects OK
* New subscriber data not being added to associated list, just "gets lost".
