Signup form problems

Signup form problems

Good morning.

Everytime I try to include the sign-up forms from Zoho Campaigns, the main page is messed up. Here is how it should look:



And this is what happens when I publish the signup form:



Also, the width of the form gets messed up. But that has to do with the template's CSS, so no issue there. COuld it be JS incompatibility?
