Signup Forms - Background Image Does Not Save

I am editing a popup template (the one with the piggy bank). I customize everything, including the background image. I click "save and proceed." The background image I had just uploaded and saved does not actually carry over to this next stage. Instead, it is just blank. A screenshot is below. I've had this occur on multiple days and on Chrome and Firefox. 



The form is supposed to look like this: 


Hoping to get this error resolved asap soon because I've already disabled my website's popup forms that were powered by Get Response (I'm transitioning from Get Response to the Zoho Campaigns subscriber based subscription). Thank you for your help
