Simple Callback Notifications Needed

Simple Callback Notifications Needed

My team are terrible at remembering their CRM callbacks, often due to how long in the future they are set for. Is there a way i can set an e-mail notification for when a callback is due? For example we set it for 9am one day and five minutes before they get an e-mail saying it's due? 

Alternate ideas are welcomed too. I need to do something before I lose my head.
