Simple HTML full-width template?
I would like to send out an email that looks like a personalized email from me - no markup, no design, just a boring email. I can do this in Zoho Campaigns as a text-only email but then I lose ability to do any tracking. Is it possible to just have a simple, no fixed-width design? I can't figure out how to do so. I use 'HTML Editor' view and it automatically converts text to Arial, puts content into a table and makes it center-aligned. This just looks like a commercial bulk email, as opposed to clean personalized email. We want to send very simple, highly-targeted emails to contacts within our Zoho database, not fancy HTML designs. We feel it has more power if it looks like a personal email than if someone is on a 'bulk' list.
