Single Sign-on for new products
Dear Zoho team,
I am experiencing trouble with Single Sign On for the new applications.
Livedesk and
Pulse. I need to do an extra step and click on the Sign In button when I want to open these applications. Is this a new policy from the firm?
For all other applications (Mail, CRM, Projects, Support, People...), when I am logged in zoho.com, I can access them without having to go the the landing page.
Could you please look into this?
