We are beginning development of a large website, that will incorporate several Zoho apps for our customers, partners, and employees.  Additionally it will have extensive informational and regularly updated material.

Since everyone hear has great knowledge and come from a very diverse background, what would your suggestions be for a development/management system, cms, and hosting?  We are very committed to the Saas model if there is anything out there.

Our only requirement is something that is as straightforward and foundational as Zoho.  Almost all of our employees are people with various types of disabilities. Part of our training and employment goals are the development of real-world "open-source" skills, that are transferable to any other employer.
