We’re excited to introduce a smarter and more streamlined way to manage dispatched service appointments in Zoho FSM!

Feature Highlights 

Field agents can now approve or reject service appointments assigned to them—helping reduce unnecessary workload and ensuring jobs are handled by agents who are available and ready, thus empowering them to manage their workload.

A new transaction setting, Field Agent Appointment Confirmation, gives you full control over this process. Once an appointment is dispatched:
  • The agent can Approve or Reject it.



  • The assigner can Pull Back the appointment before the agent responds.



  • If an agent rejects an appointment, it’s automatically routed back to the assigner for quick reassignment.
An Approval Tasks tab that provides two views—My Approval Tasks (pending your action) and My Submitted Tasks (appointments submitted for approval)—will be available.
