I would like to ask you if there is any sms gateway which will return in campaigns (or Zoho CRM)

if someone has opened/clicked an sms or has opened the link inside the sms content?

Lets say that we send an sms campaign to 40 individuals, how we can keep this information of clicked/unopened actions?

We know that with tools like Twilio we can keep reports with sent/received emails but I am not sure if we can keep the above mentioned actions.

Any help or sms gateway you have used for this actions much appreciated
