Is anyone here using SMS integration with their campaigns? I’m trying to determine the best third-party app for this and would appreciate any recommendations, especially from those who have experience in Australia.

Specifically, I’m looking for a solution that can handle incoming calls by diverting them to my phone, or alternatively, allow recipients to reply via SMS, with those messages being forwarded to me as the administrator. If anyone has experience with this setup, I’d love to hear your thoughts.
