Social campaign - Push notifications

Hey,
I'm currently testing available options in Zoho Campaigns. The only thing I find missing are push notifications. I'd like to integrate Parse service (push notifications) with social/email campaign. Is it possible? I could write my own plugin for that but I didn't find any guide for doing so.
