Social in CRM Plus now supports TikTok, Instagram Stories and Reels, and YouTube Shorts

We are excited to inform you that Social in CRM Plus now allows you to publish on TikTok! We've also updated it to let you create Instagram Stories and Reels, as well as YouTube Shorts. Here's a brief about the updates. 

Publishing on TikTok

Connect your TikTok profile and start publishing videos from Social. You can add a suitable description, select a thumbnail of your choice, and schedule them to post from the web or mobile apps. Alternatively, you can also publish the posts manually from the Zoho Social mobile app. 

Note: Users from India will not be able to connect TikTok with Social due to restrictions imposed by the Government of India.

Creating Instagram Stories

Once your Instagram account is connected, you can upload images or create from scratch using Social. You can use the wide variety of tools available to crop, rotate, add text and stickers, and apply filters. Once the images are ready, you can publish them manually using the Zoho Social mobile app. A maximum of 10 stories can be created in one go.

You can also view statistics on the performance of your story with metrics such as reach, impressions, replies, taps forwards, taps backward, and exits.

Apart from this, you can view and schedule detailed reports on various important analytics such as Story completion rate, Story impressions vs Reach, Top stories by Impressions, Engagement, Replies, and so on.

Creating Instagram Reels

Videos under 90 seconds can be published as Reels on Instagram from Social. You can view detailed stats such as likes, comments, total interactions, reach, plays, and so on. The reel can be published from the web as well as from Zoho Social mobile app. 

Creating YouTube Shorts

You can publish videos as Shorts on YouTube from Social. The video duration should be less than 60 seconds. You can create and publish them from the web app.
