Some questions regarding Zoho Discussions

Hello,

I am a happy new user of Zoho Discussions, and would like to know if someone could ask some questions, please:

1) I am trying to change the timezone and the forum description, but when I click on "save" buton, the data is not changed and an error is displayed, in red:

"Errors occurred while processing your request! Please try again later".

Someone know what could be the cause of it, please?

2) I am locking some posts, but can't see any information regarding it. How identify the locked and the unlocked posts?

3) The "posts since last visits" feature always "forgets" some unread posts, that I don't saw since my last visit.

4) When I move a topic from a forum to another, the old forum remains with a identical topic to the one I moved.

So, I found Zoho Discussions a wonderful tool, and am using it daily since a few days ago. Could someone, please, help me on the above questions? :)
