Something is missing in Zoho

Hi Zoho,

I like Zoho and it's product in general, but I always feel something is missing in all Zoho products, I try to get what's that exactly but i failed, maybe it's Zoho's color theme or layout or too much of features or i don't know, I regularly  use Zoho Mail but I never felt as satisfied as GMail.

Take for example Zoho forum, initially when i explore the zoho forums i need list of all forums in it but when I've decided to enter a forum left side bar listing all other is unnecessary.

I strongly feel Zoho needs user feedback a lot and it needs to do lot of work on improving overall presentation of it's product.
