We have spent alot of time trying to achieve an email campaign.

All we wanted was to be able to filter contacts by industry. We have now signed up for a pay as you go account, as i was told that would enable me to use the industry field from the accounts module. This still isn't what we wanted, as it doesnt work at segment level. However this would be ok if it worked, we now get zero contacts with our sync. I have spoken to 3 zoho employees, and was promised a phone call from zoho crm team to see if they could help with industry field.

Please can you help.
