When I'm setting up an Email Action Autoresponder (e.g. Send a follow up email 72 hours after to subscribers who open an email), if a lead opens an email and then before that automated follow up email goes out, they contact me and I DO NOT want that automated email to be sent, how do I disable it for that specific lead?
