Store reviews module just got smarter in Zoho Apptics

Every app deserves better visibility in the marketplace, and reviews play a crucial role in improving your app's App Store Optimization (ASO), rankings, and credibility across stores.

That's why we've rolled out a set of enhancements to the store reviews module in Apptics that make it easier and faster to manage and analyze your app reviews across platforms.

All store reviews in one place



No more jumping between individual application IDs to view the App Store and Play Store reviews individually! With the All store reviews option in the dropdown, you can now view store reviews from both the platforms together in a single, unified list.

Smarter review identification



We’ve added tags to help you easily distinguish different types of reviews. Reviews identified as potential spam or deleted are now clearly labeled, so you can focus on genuine, actionable feedback while filtering out the noise.

Granular filters



Quickly find the reviews that require your immediate attention with our new filtering options. You can filter reviews based on:
  • Ratings: View reviews by star ratings (1 to 5).
  • Sentiment: Filter by sentiment, i.e., positive, neutral, or negative.
  • Reply status: See which reviews your team has replied to and which are still pending.
  • Review type: Identify as verified, deleted, and spam reviews.
  • App version: Focus on reviews for specific app versions.
  • Language: Filter reviews across different languages.

All of these enhancements are designed to help you organize and manage reviews more efficiently, gain deeper insights, prioritize responses, and act meaningfully on user feedback.
