The XXXXXX-XXXXX mandate was created by my client directly in GoCardLess. I see that the status is "submission pending".

GoCardLess is integrated with our Zoho Books tool. We have synchronized Books and GoCardLess so that the "MY CUSTOMER" client's mandate and account number goes back to Zoho Books.

However, this one does not go up. I think this is because the mandate is in "submission pending" status. I read in the GoCardLess knowledge base that the mandate was validated only from the first transaction. Except this 1st transaction cannot take place then the mandate does not go up in Zoho Books.

In GoCardLess and in Zoho Books the email address used is identical.

How to do please?
