Subscribe Callback or Post Back

Hello, I am trying to post a callback after someone subscribes. Where is that? IF not available, Will you have that feature soon?  Will it have the ability to append the URL with custom fields?

ALl you have is a callback for UNSubscribe callback, susbcribe callback should be first. :0
