Subscription Confirmation

Hello!

I have some questions about the confirmation mails.

1. Well, how can I change the language of the footer in the subscription confirmation e-mail? Becouse in my opinion it looks bad that the e-mail is in hungarian and the footer is in english.

2. Is there an option to disable the subscription confirmation e-mails?
