Suggestion : User-generated FAQ/Help section
I think Zoho is a trendsetter and a very useful application suite. However, as I've found, and am sure, have others, Help sections are sorely lacking. While expectations are low for a small company that focuses on adding more applications/features, documentation is of real value in keeping users (by not frustrating them :)
A suggestion : Create Wikipedia-type help/FAQ sections which any registered user can edit. Moderators/Editors can be chosen by Zoho from volunteers.
I'm sure users will gladly add their pointers/FAQs from their experience as they play around with the tools.
