Suggestion to save new user frustration - Tell them timings don't become visible till email is approved

I found myself frustrated by this, even though I'm fairly good at picking up software. When trying to set up a drip email campaign (a confusing term the way it's used in the product by the way), it can be frustrating for those of us who learn by doing and testing to not be able to find where we can specify the timing interval between emails. I'd suggest making a mention of this more prominent. It would probably save some time and frustration for new customers. Just a thought.

Actually, if it is not already done, I think it would be great if Zoho put noobies in a room with the software to see what issues they run into as they try to learn. Periodically, I run into things I think could be a bit more intuitive or made easier with a little bit of explanation in the right place.
