Hi,
Last week I have integrated my SurveyMonkey account with my Zoho CRM.
I made a test and sent my email campaign (with a surveymonkey survey) to my colleagues. Only my results appear on Zoho CRM and even if my two other colleagues answered the survey, the responses didn't appear in Zoho Campaign. However, I can see all the responses in SurveyMonkey.
How can I fix this problem ?
