Symbol ^ using the keyboard
We are in Mexico and we need our clients use an Spanish configuration language on windows, so when we connected with them to support and try to type some text remotely, zoho add a "^" symbol as first char. Also, if we need to wrote some uppercase, when we use "Caps Lock" key appears this symbol again and the text in lowercase.
But this problem affects our terminals too, if we have a Zoho assist session open, and try to type on our terminal this symbol appears too, so we need urgent help to get a solution.
It does really irritate when we try to write passwords and this caused blocked accounts of our clients by many fail attempts.
