Hey, 

Does anyone know if it's possible to have a field in CRM based on my list in Campaigns, and if a contact unsubscribe one list this field is cleared in CRM?

For example:

I have in Campaigns 3 list: A, B and C

In CRM layot I have option list A, list B and list C

When my contact unsubscribe list A in Campaigns, in CRM update the field list A
