Sync Contacts from CRM custom module to an Automation Campaign
I set up a sync from a CRM custom module "SLI LEADS" to ZOHO campaign, "burnout quiz taker".
The sync happened on schedule yet the one lead in SLI LEADS was "ignored".
Looking at the sync record is put the eMail address of the lead as a "group email".
I'm not sure why the eMail was ignored?
Why is is considered a "group email"?
Can you help?
Also - Is there a workflow or automation that can automatically delete the records off of SLI LEADS after they are synced with a campaign?
