I created a new sync called "All Leads" so that all open Leads from Zoho CRM would be sync'd to Zoho Campaigns.  I have paid accounts in both.  I set up the sync yesterday, clicked "initiate" and the import details said it would start in about 4 hours.  So I checked this afternoon and nothing had been sync'd.  I deleted the sync and started again.  I initiated it and go the following message when I checked import details:

All Leads   is  Not Started  ;     will be started on  18 Dec 2014, 10:33 PM ;

(1) Why won't the syncing start immediately? 

(2) I have to schedule my campaign to go tomorrow morning...I am worried that when I check back in 4 hours, no contacts will have been sync'd.
