Sync does not appear to be working

Sync does not appear to be working

Created a segment with criteria on custom field "Source contains Genesis"  I have 56 contacts but in ZOHO CRM there are 238 contacts.

The 238 contacts have been available for several week but the syc is not bringing them across.  The only criteria on the sync is that account name is not empty.

Any ideas?
