Sync list set to daily but last retrieval was on September 26th, and the next retrieval date keeps getting pushed back

Sync list set to daily but last retrieval was on September 26th, and the next retrieval date keeps getting pushed back

Does anyone know what could be causing this issue? There have been new contacts added to the CRM so the sync list should be updating but no new records are being added even though the sync setting is set to daily.
