On top of this. When I create a segment only 7 out of 24 results are synced.

In both cases (the list and segment), I am pulling over a very small group of networking friends. The criteria is a simple contact lead source "is".... There is about 24 people but zero sync when creating a new list and only 7 sync when segmented from my total client list.

This is super frustrating and puts a very high level of insecurity in this system. Seems kind of cagey. Not very robust. 

Any solution?
