Sync Problem between Contact Manager and Campaigns

I have a sync between Contact Manager and Campaigns but it doesn't work. Campaigns App can get only users and cannot get real contacts from contact managers.

Please could you give a quick response about that because we have to send campaigns to our clients immediately, thank you.
