On the 17th of April I set up a sync to bring all "live customers" from ZOHO CRM to campaigns. The result was only partially successful - I got about 50% of "live customers". Criteria for this was a custom field in accounts.
Today I tried to sync again with a criteria from accounts = rating "proposal sent" and got nothing. However there were 16 in the CRM.
I am using up my monthly allocation of sync's trying to work out what is the problem.
Can you look into this before I run out of Syncs for April?
