This enables a manageable list that we can review periodically and update effectively. (When we were in SalesForce, we maintained all 5,000 in SFC but found it unwieldy - it was so large we could never effectively review it.)

Perhaps we are trying to use Zoho apps in ways they were never designed, but what we are trying to do seems pretty reasonable to us, we just can't figure out how to do it.

We want to sync Zoho Campaigns with Zoho CRM in such a way that when a person who is in Zoho CRM clicks through on a campaign, they are added as a lead to Zoho CRM. New campaigns in Zoho campaign are now being added to Zoho CRM which is great, but people in Zoho Campaign are not being added to Zoho CRM when they become active like clicking a link in the campaign email.

What we see is a way to update Zoho CRM with new actions for existing leads in Zoho CRM OR a way to update Zoho Campaigns with new additions to Zoho CRM, but no way to do the sync the way we want - that is to add new folks to Zoho CRM when they take actions in Zoho Campaigns - which seems the logical way to do it to us...

So my question is this: Is there a feature allowing us to add new leads to Zoho CRM FROM Zoho Campaign based on them clicking a link in a campaign email?
