Synchronising in Campaign doesn't match my view in CRM

Dear All,

In Campaign when doing Sync, you first Select the Module to Sync (contacts or Leads) and than there is usually three options :  All contacts / Custom View / Criterias to determine the sync you're about to do.

I like to work directly with my contacts + I like to choose  Criterias  because you can cross criterias from your Accounts and your Contacts which is great !   (by the way we should get more options it would be great)

Nevertheless when I choose the criterias as below (see my choices) I only get 400 contacts synchronised when I should be getting something like 8000or 9000.

Can any one help ?
