Synchronization Zoho Campaigns to CRM

Dear management of Zoho and Zoho users,

We currently both possess the Zoho CRM, and since last week, Zoho Campaigns. Our question is, in what way are both systems synchronized? Is this a "one-way" or "two-way" thing. If we delete a contact from the CRM, will this delete the contact from Campaigns as well? (and vice-versa?)
The same goes as when we transfer a contact in CRM to another view, will this automatically transfer the same contact in campaigns as well?
