Syncing right before campaign execution

KandK Leads
I have created a mailing list that I will use to send my bi-weekly emails against (syncing from Zoho CRM)...how do I generate a sync for that list right before I am ready to send the email.
Right now it is set up as follows:

| Module Name: | Leads | Last Fetched Time: | 02 Jun 2013, 01:00 AM |

| Field Mapping: | Edit Mapping | Fetch Type: | Weekly |
However, if I want to send the email on June 4th (prior to the next scheduled Fetch), I want to make sure that I have the most up to date leads in this list, I am not sure how to refresh the list manually before I send it.
