Syncing to different mailing list

Hi,

I have a paid for subscription to Zoho campaigns and I have been successfully syncing new contacts from Zoho CRM to a mailing list that automates a series of emails to the contacts as they get added to Zoho CRM.

I am now looking to add new contacts to different mailing lists to receive different series' of emails based on how the contact was introduced to us.

Can a member of the forum suggest a series of steps to follow to be able to achieve this result?
