I have been searching the forums and help resources and have been unable to fix my issue. I have 4 Email lists in Zoho Campaigns that have roughly a total of 15,000 contacts. Many of these contacts are not currently contacts in my ZOHO CRM. I want to manually sync the data from the campaigns that I have already sent out so I can have any campaign contacts who "click" or "open" converted to a lead. I believe I have gone through all the steps that integrates the two and have set up data push criteria and have done syncing but no new leads or contacts are showing up in the CRM. Will this only be applied to new campaigns sent out or is there some sort of time delay in the sync?
