Table of Contents - Zoho Campaigns

Hi all,
Is there the ability to automatically generate a table of contents list for all the news items in a newsletter?

I see someone has previously asked the question here:  https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/topic/table-of-contents-26-10-2012

But not update has been provided.
